Aashna Waiwood

I am Aashna Waiwood, Ph.D., a Personnel Psychologist in the Office of People Analytics at the Department of Defense, where I lead research on military recruiting. I also teach in the Industrial-Organization (I-O) Psychology MPS program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. A 2024 University of South Florida graduate, my research focuses on the work-family interface and remote work.
